What Helps Us Quote Faster
For solar enquiries
A recent electricity bill and a rough list of what you need to keep running during an outage, and for how long. A photo of your roof helps too.
For borehole and pump enquiries
The borehole depth, static water level and yield if you have the drilling report, plus what is currently installed and what it is doing. A photo of the headworks and control box helps a lot.
For electrical faults
What trips, how often, and whether it is one circuit or the main. A photo of the distribution board with the cover off tells us most of what we need.
For new builds
Plans if you have them, the stage the build is at, and your builder's programme. If the slab has not been poured yet, get us in early. That is when the first fix has to happen.
